## What you get

How subscriptions renew unless cancelled before the billing date, how to cancel, and that cancellation stops future charges but does not by itself create a refund. After activation or access, fees are generally non-refundable except where law requires it, a charge is duplicate or erroneous, or a verified system failure blocked delivery. Eligible refund requests go to the support email on the page; approved refunds are described as 7–10 working days to the original payment method (not cash). Gateway fees may be withheld.
