This page files a support ticket for a technical or account problem. It is not a Vedic PDF product and does not cast a chart. Use it when something is broken, an order looks wrong, or you cannot sign in.

## What you need

Subject (required, max 200 characters), message (required, max 3000), and a valid email (max 254). Guests must also give a reporter name (max 100). Signed-in users may have email pre-filled from the profile. You may attach up to three images (JPEG, PNG, or WebP, 5 MB each). Images are compressed before upload.

## What you get

The form posts to `/backend-api/report-issue` with subject, message, email, optional images, language, and the current page path. On success the UI shows a ticket id and the email used. After that you can leave to `/account` if signed in, or home if not. Product opinions without a defect belong on Feedback; address and phone are on Contact Us.
